WARRANTIES
What is covered under a warranty ?
Blinds, Shutters and Shades are guaranteed for 7 years from date of purchase for manufacturing defects. The strings or "ladders" are guaranteed for 3 years. Wood and Wood Laminate Flooring is normally guaranteed for 10 years. Carpet can be warranted for 5 - 15 years.
Does the Manufacturers warranty cover labor ?
NO. Cincinnati Window Fashions, Flooring and Design is the only company in the Greater Cincinnati area that includes the labor associated with warranty work.
What is the cost for installation ?
Most Home Improvement chains like Home Depot and Lowes will charge you $13.00- 25.00 for each blind, shutter or shade that is installed over and above the sale price. They also will charge you a $75.00 fee to come to your home and measure. Most Flooring will cost from $3.00- $7.00 per square FOOT to install plus a $55.00 measuring fee.
At Cincinnati Window Fashions, Flooring and Design, installation is included at no additional charge!!
What areas of Greater Cincinnati do you cover?
We cover Hamilton, Butler, Clermont and Warren Counties in Ohio; Kenton, Boone, Campbell, Pendleton and Grant Counties in Kentucky and Lawrenceburg and Aurora in Indiana.”
We both work full-time. Do you schedule appointments in the evening?
Yes, of course. We will find a time in the evening or the weekend to work around your busy schedule.
Is there a charge for an in-home consultation?
We never charge for in-home consultations or to take measurements.
OK, I am ready to order. How long does it take to get window treatments or flooring installed ?
It normally takes 10 – 14 days from the day you order to have your window treatments or flooring installed.
How do I care for my Blinds, Shutters, Shades and my Carpet and Wood Flooring ?
Each product has its own set of instructions regarding care and cleaning. By following those instructions, you will maximize its life and durability. Cincinnati Window Fashions, Flooring and Design will instruct you on how to care for your new Blinds, Shutters, Shades, Carpet and Wood Flooring.
